A superb example of an Augsburg Hungarian ash marquetry two door table cabinet. The whole inlaid with architectural views with columns and landscapes, the two doors open to reveal a fully fitted interior again all beautifully inlaid. To the interior are four doors, which open to show theatres and small drawers around the central section, which also has some secret drawers to the back.
The quality of the marquetry is of the finest augsburg workshops and these landscape and architectural designs where based on the works by Lorenz Stoer.
